  • Encrypted anonymous browsing via our global server network
  • Access to all features on your chosen Subscription Plan
  • Customer support as described in our Help & Support policies
  • Periodic software updates for our applications

3. Privacy & Security

We are committed to protecting your privacy and security:

  • No logs of your browsing activities or connection metadata are retained
  • All traffic is encrypted with AES-256-GCM in transit
  • All personal data is handled in compliance with GDPR and CCPA

4. Prohibited Activities

In consideration of your use of the Services, you will not:

  • Use the Services to distribute content that is illegal, harmful, or violates copyrights
  • Attempt to circumvent security controls or modify our applications
  • Use the Services for bulk scanning, spam, or denial-of-service attacks
  • Resell or sublicense access to our network without express written permission
Violating these prohibitions may result in account termination and legal action.

5. Termination & Refunds

We may terminate your account or cancel your service for violations of these terms or suspicious activity.

Refunds of pro-rated subscription fees may be issued within our sole discretion for non-performance, but not for use of our services for purposes other than what is explicitly described in our policies.
