Sersistence ("we," "our," or "us") provides cloud-based data persistence services. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our services. By registering for a Sersistence account or using our API, you agree to comply with these Terms.

License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services under the specified subscription plan. This license allows storage, retrieval, and management of data via the Sersistence API, subject to usage limits outlined in our pricing documentation.

Restrictions

• You may not resell or sublicense our services.
• You may not decompile, reverse-engineer, or modify our software.
• You may not use automated tools to bypass rate limits or access controls.
• You may not use Sersistence for illegal or unethical purposes, including spam distribution or phishing.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the account dashboard, with data deletion following the cancellation period specified in our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Finnish Republic. By using our services, you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Helsinki, Finland, for any disputes arising under these Terms.
