These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Mache-MD services (the "Service") provided by Mache-MD ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
1. Acceptable Use
- Users must not engage in any activity that violates laws or regulations
- Prohibited activities include: spamming, scraping, unauthorized access attempts
- Users agree not to distribute malicious content or exploit the platform
2. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Intellectual Property
Except as expressly provided in these Terms, all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all intellectual property rights, are and shall remain the exclusive property of Mache-MD.

4. Termination
User Termination
You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.
Our Right to Terminate

5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Mache-MD, nor its directors, employees, partners, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the fees you paid to us in the last 12 months.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update our Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
