All active Terraform subscribers and enterprise customers are eligible for support based on their subscription tier. Community edition users have access to public forums and documentation.

Response Times

  • Free tier: Best-effort community support
  • Pro tier: 24-hour business day response
  • Enterprise tier: 4-hour guaranteed response

SLA Coverage

  • 99.95% Uptime SLA for enterprise customers
  • 24/7 support for mission-critical infrastructure
  • 2-hour resolution time for critical issues

Exclusions

  • No support for self-hosted infrastructure issues
  • No support for third-party tools integration
  • Non-technical requests excluded

For enterprise customers, a separate enterprise license agreement will override these terms. For open source users, the MPL 2.0 license applies.
