Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and capable of entering into binding agreements.

2. Service Scope

We provide software development, AI integration, and system design services as described on our website. Services are delivered through fixed-price contracts or monthly retainer agreements.

3. Intellectual Property

• Deliverables created during client projects remain the property of the client
• Proprietary tools and methodologies remain Dotrap's property
• License grants are limited to the scope of each specific project agreement

4. Data Privacy

We handle protected data according to GDPR Article 28 and SOC 2 Type II standards. View our detailed Privacy Policy for specific information about data handling and retention.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. A 1.8% monthly finance charge applies to past-due accounts. We accept:

• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
• Bank Transfers
• Crypto: BTC, ETH, USDC

6. Service Termination

• Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice
• Pending payments must be settled before termination
• Unfinished projects will be billed at $150/hour estimated completion time

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Dotrap Technologies Inc. be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential damages. Our maximum liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to three times the fees paid for the specific project.
