By accessing or using ελββφλς’ quantum-safe open-source infrastructure, AI collaboration platforms, or decentralized systems, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use ελββφλς services. By using our platforms, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with us and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Account and Security
- Account Creation: You must provide accurate information to create an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Security Obligations: You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account and to maintain secure access to all systems you interact with through our platforms.
- Multi-Factor Authentication: You are required to enable multi-factor authentication for all accounts with access to quantum-resistant systems.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in the following actions:
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any quantum-safe cryptographic systems
- Use our platforms to distribute malware or other harmful software
- Exploit vulnerabilities or perform denial-of-service attacks
- Distribute content that violates open-source licenses (MIT/XCC/Post-Quantum)
- Use our systems for any purpose that violates applicable laws
Modifications and Termination
We reserve the right to:
- Modify or discontinue any part of our services with 30 days’ notice
- Update cryptographic protocols to maintain quantum resistance
- Terminate accounts for policy violations
- Adjust terms of service as needed for legal compliance
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ελββφλς, its officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to:
- Data loss due to quantum key compromise
- Interrupted access to decentralized systems
- Loss of AI model training progress
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
