Terms of Service

By using CryptoVault services, you agree to the following rules and guidelines.

Effective Date: October 2, 2025

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CryptoVault cryptographic wallet platform (the "Service"), including all associated interfaces, features, and tools. By accessing or using the Service, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptable Use

Users must not engage in activities that: exploit the Service for illegal purposes, attempt unauthorized access to systems or data, or distribute malicious content through the platform. All usage must comply with local, national, and international laws.

2. Account Security

Users are responsible for safeguardinging their recovery phrases and wallet credentials. The Service does not recover or reset accounts if credentials are lost or stolen.

3. Prohibited Activities

  • Attempting to bypass cryptographic security measures
  • Impersonating other users or entities
  • Interfering with service integrity through DDoS attacks
  • Distributing malware through wallet integration features

4. Service Limitations

While we maintain 99.999% service uptime, we make no guarantees about the availability or integrity of blockchain networks. The Service is not liable for losses caused by cryptocurrency price volatility or network congestion.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for any violation of these Terms. Users can deactivate their accounts at any time through the privacy settings menu.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Finland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Finnish courts.
