Tailwind Labs owns all framework code and trademarks. You may:

• Use Tailwind CSS in commercial and non-commercial projects
• Modify source code for your projects
• Not resell Tailwind as a standalone product

3. Termination

• • License terminates if you violate these terms
• • We may suspend or terminate accounts violating our code of conduct
• • You must remove our code upon termination

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Tailwind Labs shall not be liable for:

• Direct or indirect damages from framework usage
• Service outages or interruptions
• Data loss from development practices

5. Governing Law

• • These terms governed by US law (unless EU/UK regulations apply)
• • Disputes submitted to jurisdiction in San Francisco Bay Area
• • Entire terms supersede any previous agreements of services
