Return Eligibility
We accept returns for items in new, unused condition within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging with all tags intact.
- Eligible products must be in original condition.
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
- Final sale items cannot be returned.
How to Return
- 1 Log into your account and go to 'Order History'.
- 2 Select the item(s) you'd like to return and follow the on-screen instructions.
- 3 Print the prepaid return label and affix it to your package.

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is issued.
Exchanges
Want to exchange your item? Just let us know in the return request form and we'll send out your replacement at no additional cost.
