Formatting Guidelines

Document Structure

  • Use A4 or letter size paper with 1-inch margins on all sides.
  • 1.5 line spacing with 12pt Calibri (or equivalent) font.
  • All text should be aligned left; avoid full justification.

Citations and References

  • Cite sources in APA 7th Edition style.
  • Include a references section at the end with alphabetically listed citations.
  • Verified DOI links are required for all cited articles.

Figures and Tables

  • Embed figures in the main document, not as separate files.
  • Ensure all images are in high-resolution (300 DPI minimum).
  • Use numbered captions for all visual elements.

Peer Review Expectations

Blind Review

Manuscripts undergo double-blind peer review. Authors must anonymize their work by: omitting names and affiliations in the main document and ensuring metadata in files does not include personal identifiers.

Turnaround Time

Review typically takes 6-8 weeks. Authors receive detailed feedback and possible revisions. Accepted manuscripts enter a 5-business-day production queue for publication.

Ethical Standards

All submissions will be checked via Turnitin. Submissions with >15% similarity may be rejected.

Authorship Requirements

All authors must have materially contributed to the research. Include contributor roles in submission form.
