By accessing and using Project 5 services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms or any future changes to them, you must not access or use the Services.
Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to derive the source code of the Services
Distributing unauthorized copies of Project 5 codebase or documentation
Using the Services for purposes that violate any applicable law, rule, regulation or is otherwise prohibited
The Services and any software contained within are the proprietary property of Project 5 and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
"Project 5", "Dark Matter UI Engine", "Quantum Layout Framework" are trademarks of Project 5. All other brand names, product names, and content may be trademarks or copyrights of their respective owners.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States state of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted for resolution through binding arbitration as defined by the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Project 5 with respect to the Services.
Severability: If any provision is held invalid the remainder of the Terms will remain in effect.
Amendments: Project 5 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of changes.
