  • Distributing malware or harmful content
  • Impersonation or other identity theft activities

4. Modifications

Changes to Terms

Google may update these terms by posting revised versions in the service. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Service Changes

  • Features may be discontinued with 30 days notice
  • Pricing or functionality changes may occur at any time

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks and other intellectual property remain Google's property. You may not:

  • Replicate or copy content without permission
  • Use Google logos or trademarks without approval
  • Modify or reverse engineer software

6. Limitation of Liability

Disclaimers

Google services are provided "as-is" without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Liability Cap

  • No more than $5000 for direct damages
  • Exclusion of consequential damages

7. Termination

Account Termination

  • Non-compliance with these terms
  • Criminal or harmful activities
  • Failure to respond to Google notices

Effects of Termination

All data may be purged after account closure with no recovery options available. Google will not provide compensation for lost data or access.

8. Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be governed by California law and jurisdiction in Santa Clara County. Arbitration may be required before court filing.
