How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, log into your account dashboard and click the 'Subscription' tab. From there, you'll see an option to cancel your plan. Your access will remain until the end of your current billing period.

Is there a free trial available?

Yes! We offer a 14-day free trial for all our plans. You'll get full access to all features with no charge until the trial ends. Just create your account and start your trial instantly.

Can I downgrade my plan?

You can change your plan at any time from your account settings. We'll apply any pror rate for the current billing cycle. Your access will immediately reflect your new plan's features.

How to add users to my team?

Go to your organization settings, click on the 'Team Members' section, and click 'Invite Team'. You can invite users via email and assign roles. All users must accept the invitation to join.

How to get API access?

Pro and Enterprise plans include API access. Go to your developer dashboard to generate API keys. Make sure to secure your keys properly and rotate them periodically for security.

Can I change my plan later?
