1. Agreement Acceptance

Partner.js provides a collaboration platform for JavaScript developers to share code, collaborate on projects, and integrate APIs. By accessing Partner.js services, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. License and Permissions

• You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Partner.js services and documentation.
• You must not reverse engineer, modify, or distribute Partner.js intellectual property.
• Exceptions require prior written approval.

3. Use Restrictions

• Prohibited actions include spamming, unauthorized access, and misuse of Partner.js services.
• You are responsible for all activities under your account and API keys.
• Partner.js may suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms.

4. Termination

Partner.js may terminate this agreement with 30 days' notice. Users can cancel at any time, with API keys expiring after 30 days for paid plans.

5. Governing Law

These terms and all disputes arising from them are governed by Finnish law and the courts of Helsinki, Finland.

6. Amendments

Partners may revise these terms without notice. Continued use acknowledges acceptance of changes.
