Refund Policy

  1. 1. Refund Eligibility

    Eligible customers may receive refunds for unused subscriptions purchased through Microsoft within 30 days of purchase. No refunds for gift cards, promotions, or free trials.

    Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

  3. 3. Non-Refundable Transactions

    No refunds will be issued for:

    • Prepaid annual subscriptions with less than 50% usage
    • Purchase price differences due to promotional pricing
    • Non-Microsoft purchase platforms

  4. 4. Refund Request Process

    Submit requests through your account dashboard or contact support with:

    • Purchase confirmation email
    • Subscription ID or order number
    • Reason for refund request

  5. 5. Appeals Process

    Disagreements with refund decisions can be escalated through the Microsoft customer support portal within 7 days of the initial decision.
