By using MobyTech services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to access our services subject to the terms herein.

• Use of our services for illegal or harmful purposes
• Reverse-engineering or decompiling system components
• Interfering with normal operation of services
• Violating copyright or proprietary rights

We will take legal action against any unauthorized use.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with 30 days' notice. Subscribers will receive email notifications at least 15 days before material changes take effect.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these policies. Users may cancel subscription services at any time through account settings.

Disputes will first be resolved through arbitration in San Francisco, California, USA. All users agree to this jurisdiction for legal claims.
