About
The Blistering Wraith is a heat-resistant entity spawning in obsidian towers of the Nether. It has a unique flame charge attack and regenerates health when near lava sources.
Behavior
- Roams in groups of 3-5
- Teleports when damaged below 20% HP
- Burns for 3 seconds on death
Enderman Strength Adjustment
Balancing change implemented July 2025
Enderman have had their speed reduced from 1.5 blocks/second to 1.2 blocks/second for better player catch-up opportunities in PvP. Their teleportation cooldown has been increased from 4 seconds to 5 seconds.
Why the Change?
Community feedback indicated Enderman's speed advantage made chasing and combat scenarios less balanced between dimension travel scenarios
Phantom Strider Removal
Experimental mob removed from beta after 6 months
The Phontom Strider, a floating mount added in Beta v2.10, has been removed for gameplay balance reasons. Players will retain their mounts from previous versions but cannot acquire new mounts.
While innovative, the mount's ability to traverse vertical spaces disrupted established combat and exploration mechanics when beta tested with 30,000+ players
