I think the new Wither design looks amazing! But the health pool seems way too high. How many players are having the same issue with it?

Agreed! It's taking way longer to fight Wither than it used to. I've seen videos where it takes 30% damage and just stands there.

I think it's balanced for the power it brings. The new explosion mechanics are really fun too!
