Acceptable Use
By using Media Gallery, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our services is lawful. Users must not engage in any activity that is prohibited by these terms.
- No distribution of malware or harmful content.
- No unauthorized access to others' accounts or data.
- Prohibited use of automated scripts or bots.
Prohibited Activities
Users agree not to engage in the following activities while using Media Gallery services:
- Distributing or uploading content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights.
- Interfering with the operation of servers or networks connected to our services.
- Reverse engineering or modifying the software in any manner.
User Conduct
You are solely responsible for your account and content uploaded to the platform. By uploading content, you grant Media Gallery a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, distribute, and modify it as necessary for service operation. We retain the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all content and software on Media Gallery is the property of Media Gallery. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission in writing.
For media content: "All user-uploaded content must respect intellectual property rights of third parties. Any infringement reported will result in removal and potential account suspension."
Termination and Suspension
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts without notice for violations of these terms. This includes but is not limited to repeated policy violations, copyright infringement, or fraudulent activity.
Continued violations may result in permanent account deactivation and legal action for damages.
Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by and will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Finland. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under Finnish law unless prohibited by local legislation.
Users retain the right to seek injunctive relief in a jurisdiction's court for infringement of intellectual property rights.
