Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By using InstanceHub, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, you must not use our services. These terms govern your access to and use of InstanceHub’s cloud infrastructure services, including all related technologies and content.
2. User Responsibilities
As an InstanceHub user, you must:
- Provide accurate information during registration
- Secure your credentials and API keys
- Comply with our service usage policies
- Not misuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt services
3. Service Limitations
We reserve the right to:
- Modify services, pricing, or features at any time
- Suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms
- Set geographic and resource usage restrictions
4. Data Security
You are responsible for securing all data stored within your instances. While we implement enterprise-class security measures (256-bit encryption, SOC 2 compliance), we do not guarantee 100% availability or protection against all threats.
5. Limitation of Liability
InstanceHub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services, including data loss, downtime, or unauthorized access. Our total liability cannot exceed your total payments made in the last 12 months.
6. Lawful Use
You agree not to use InstanceHub services for:
Unauthorized activities
Including illegal data storage, DDoS attacks, or phishing
Intellectual abuse
Copyright-infringing or pirated software
7. Termination
We may terminate accounts for violations of these terms, non-payment, or other reasons. All data on terminated accounts will be purged after 30 days.
