Support records are retained for 180 days to maintain service continuity. You can request deletion of your information at any time via privacy@helpdesk.com.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. We'll also honor valid data portability requests in accordance with privacy laws in your jurisdiction.
