FreshBooks grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use our software as provided.
You must provide accurate account information and must safeguard your login credentials.
You are responsible for all actions taken with your account. If you lose access or suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately at support@freshbooks.com.
You are responsible for all fees for the service. All subscription payments are non-refundable.
We may terminate access with immediate effect if you breach these Terms or for our own operations management.
You may cancel your account at any time by contacting support. Any unpaid balance should be paid to avoid account suspension.
In no event shall FreshBooks be liable for damages, whether directly, indirectly or as a consequence of breach.
All disputes are subject to the rules of the jurisdiction of Toronto, Ontario.
Any communication must be in writing to our support email address. You will be notified of changes. Changes take 7 days from posting.
We may make changes to the Service including adding or removing features without notice.
