1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the FreshBooks platform, our software tools, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By accepting these terms you confirm you are of legal age in your country.

3. Service License

FreshBooks grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use our software as provided.

Use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
Not reverse-engineer or modify our products.
Not resell access for commercial purposes without express written approval.

4. Account

You must provide accurate account information and must safeguard your login credentials.

You are responsible for all actions taken with your account. If you lose access or suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately at support@freshbooks.com.

5. Subscription

You are responsible for all fees for the service. All subscription payments are non-refundable.

6. Prohibited Activities

Using the Service to harm, impersonate, or violate the rights of others including users and third-parties.
Duplicating, redistributing, or modifying our software or content without authorization.
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service or systems that interact with our Services.
Suspicious behavior involving the Service

7. Termination

We may terminate access with immediate effect if you breach these Terms or for our own operations management.

You may cancel your account at any time by contacting support. Any unpaid balance should be paid to avoid account suspension.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall FreshBooks be liable for damages, whether directly, indirectly or as a consequence of breach.

9. Governing Law

All disputes are subject to the rules of the jurisdiction of Toronto, Ontario.

10. Other

Any communication must be in writing to our support email address. You will be notified of changes. Changes take 7 days from posting.

We may make changes to the Service including adding or removing features without notice.
