2. Subscription Terms

Your subscription is governed by the following rules:

1. Free trials automatically cancel after 14 days
2. Paid upgrades are non-refundable within billing cycle
3. Downgrades take effect at next billing cycle

3. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall the company be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data arising out of the use of or inability to use the service.

4. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. You will be notified of material changes via email 30 days in advance. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
