Enboe endeavors to maintain high service availability, but does not guarantee uptime of any specific percentage or duration. You agree we are not liable for temporary or permanent service interruptions.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts, disable API keys, or suspend services at any time if you violate these terms or engage in harmful behavior.

6. Amendments

These terms may update without prior notice. Continued use of Enboe services after changes indicates acceptance of the revised terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. By accessing or using our services, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
