Account Responsibility

You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable laws when using our services.

3. Content Rules

You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a license to provide the Services including:

• Monitor content for copyright violations via AI and human review
• Enforce DMCA notices on your behalf
• Analyze content patterns for fraud detection
• Provide dispute resolution services

4. Prohibited Conduct

Uploading or sharing content that violates others' intellectual property rights.

Fraud

Creating fake accounts or submitting false DMCA notices to harm competitors.

Spam

Automated or mass-submitted content to manipulate platform algorithms.

Scams

Creating fake support or legal representatives to deceive users.

5. Termination

By Elvis

We may suspend or terminate your account for:

• Repeated policy violations
• Inactivity for 180+ days
• Legal requirements from law enforcement

By You

You can delete your account via your account settings at any time. We'll retain data for 30 days before purging.

Note: Deleted accounts cannot be recovered. All submitted content will be permanently removed.
