User Obligations

Users must maintain account security, not share credentials, and report security issues immediately. Access our services only through authorized methods.

Violations may result in immediate account termination.

Prohibited Activities

Automated systems scraping or reverse-engineering our services.
Using our services to distribute malware, phishing content, or harmful material.
Engaging in any activity that disrupts service availability or performance.

Account Terms

Users are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Account closure requests must be submitted through our official support channels.

Our support team processes account requests within 72 hours.

Payment Terms

Invoices must be paid within 30 days of receipt unless otherwise stated.
Late fees of 2.5% per month will be applied to unpaid balances.
All payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

Termination

We may terminate this agreement for any reason at any time with 30 days’ notice. Immediate termination rights apply in case of security breaches or repeated policy violations. Upon termination, you must cease all use of our services.
