Legal agreement governing the use of EllD's decentralized ledger platform and associated services
These Terms and Conditions govern your usage of EllD's decentralized ledger platform, quantum-resistant blockchain technology, AI-powered network infrastructure, and related services. By accessing or using EllD services, you agree to follow these terms.
Quantum-resistant encryption, decentralized ledger algorithms, and AI network optimization technologies are all owned by EllD Technologies.
You retain ownership of data you store on the EllD network, but you grant us limited rights to process and distribute that data as necessary for service operation.
You may terminate your account at any time by visiting the Account Settings section of EllD. Note that stored data may be permanently deleted.
Data deletion is not instant. It may take up to 24 hours for complete removal from the distributed network.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts for violations of these terms or any applicable laws.
