Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms and all applicable laws, regulations, and international treaties. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using Ellan Hotel services.

Booking & Services

• • Bookings require valid payment method for deposit/holding room
• • Services include accommodations, meals per package, and amenities outlined
• • Guests must be 18+ unless accompanied by guardian

Payment Policy

• • Full payment due 72 hours prior to booking unless pre-paid package
• • Credit/debit card or bank transfer accepted
• • VAT included at 24% unless exempt per tax laws

Cancellation Policy

72-hour notice required for any cancellations or changes. Late cancellations after 48 hours will incur 50% charge. No-shows will be charged full amount.

Pet-friendly packages require 5-day notice for cancellations.

Liability Limitations

Ellan Hotel is not responsible for lost items, missed services due to guest delays, or third-party services not directly contracted through us.

We reserve the right to update these terms with 30 days notice via official announcements. Continued use constitutes acceptance of new terms.
