Elïoda owns all rights in the platform, smart contracts, and proprietary software. This includes the ZK-SNARK protocols, DAO governance tools, and metaverse SDKs.

4. Risk Disclaimers

Elïoda's Web3 services are provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for 99.99% uptime, blockchain networks and smart contracts are inherently subject to external factors beyond our control.

Users bear all responsibility for private key security, transaction fees, and compliance with tax obligations arising from blockchain usage.

5. Termination
