By participating in ELFF communities or using our services, you agree to abide by these guidelines.

2. Expected Behavior

Follow these guidelines to foster collaboration and respect:

  • Be inclusive and welcoming to all members
  • Act with integrity and honesty in all interactions
  • Respect differing viewpoints
  • Use clear, constructive, and respectful communication
  • Acknowledge and correct mistakes promptly

3. Prohibited Behavior

All participants must avoid the following:

  • Intimidation, humiliation, or personal attacks
  • Discrimination based on race, gender, religion, etc.
  • Unwanted solicitation or harassment
  • Disparaging or harmful speech
  • Inappropriate use of company resources

4. Reporting Violations

Reports should include:

  • Detailed description of the incident
  • Names of the parties involved
  • Date, time, and context

5. Enforcement

Violations may result in:

  • Warning and mandatory community review
  • Temporary or permanent bans
  • Account suspension

Appeals: Submit to our Legal Team within 30 days.

6. Community Impact

Repeat offenders harm community trust and innovation. We prioritize:

  • Safe collaboration spaces
  • Encouraging underrepresented groups
  • Preventing culture of fear
