By using Elenmesi's services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree, you must discontinue use immediately.

3. Service Modifications

We may update, suspend, or discontinue any service feature with 30 days written notice to users. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time with proper notice.

4. User Obligations

Users must use services only for legal purposes and in compliance with local regulations. Prohibited actions include unauthorized access, content scraping, or use of automated bots.

5. Payment and Pricing

Payment terms are outlined in project proposals. Late payments may incur a 2.5% monthly interest fee. Cancellations require written notice via our contact form before work begins.

6. Intellectual Property

Elenmesi retains all rights to its proprietary tools and methodologies. Clients receive non-exclusive ownership of final deliverables paid for in full.

7. Dispute Resolution

All disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through mediation in Helsinki, Finland. If unresolved, the case shall be governed by the laws of Finland.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate an agreement by providing 14 days written notice. Unpaid balances become immediately due upon termination.
