By using ElenéBelo, you agree not to engage in:

• Any unlawful activity, including harassment or discrimination
• Abuse of our creative tools for commercial redistribution
• Automated scanning or data harvesting without permission
• Creating spam accounts or using multiple accounts to circumvent limits

2. Community Guidelines

Our creative community is built on respect and innovation. Users must:

• Respect other users' creative works and intellectual property
• Avoid hate speech, threats, or derogatory content in all forms
• Not share others' private information without explicit consent
• Report any violations using our in-app reporting system

3. Content & Intellectual Property

ElenéBelo retains the right to:

• Remove content that violates policies or copyright
• Showcase user creations in our portfolio for marketing
• Improve our platform using aggregated usage data

Users retain ownership of their original content uploaded to the platform

ElenéBelo may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations, or if you don't meet minimum usage requirements for 90 days. All suspended accounts can appeal decisions within 30 days.
