• We retain the right to showcase your project in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Elenebêlocococacâia is not liable for any damages arising from use of the services. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services rendered.

We are not responsible for third-party services or content integrated into your project unless explicitly agreed in writing.

We may terminate this agreement if you fail to comply with these terms. You may terminate services by giving 30 days' notice.

Upon termination, all work product remains your property, provided full payment has been made.
