1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ELBvBeta services, you signify your agreement to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms or guidelines referenced herein.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement with ELBvBeta. If you're using our services on behalf of an organization, you must have authority to bind that organization.

3. Account Obligations

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and API credentials. ELBvBeta will not be liable for any activity or actions taken in your name unless ELBvBeta has acted with gross negligence.

• • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• • Maintain accurate billing and contact information.

4. Use of Service

You agree to use ELBvBeta services only for lawful purposes and in a legal manner in accordance with these Terms.

Allowed Uses

• • Production application load balancing
• • Development and testing environments
• • Traffic management for public API endpoints

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following:

• • DDoS attacks or traffic generation that exceeds 500% of normal load patterns
• • Reverse engineering of our software
• • Attempting to access non-public API endpoints
• • Use services for illegal or unethical purposes

6. Termination

ELBvBeta reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for:

• • Violations of these terms
• • Inactivity for 12 consecutive months
• • Failure to maintain active payment method

We will attempt notification for non-emergency terminations via email at least 30 days in advance.
