Legal framework governing your use of Egiiga's decentralized infrastructure and services
1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By accessing or using Egiiga's blockchain infrastructure, governance protocols, and associated services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Services.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
2.1 Egiiga owns all rights, title, and interest in and to the blockchain protocols, smart contracts, and infrastructure code.
2.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Services solely for their intended purpose.
3. USER CONDUCT
- You must not engage in any activity that could harm the network's security or decentralization.
- Unauthorized access to blockchain nodes, governance systems, or treasury assets is strictly prohibited.
- You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Services.
4. GOVERNANCE PARTICIPATION
Participation in DAO governance requires holding valid EGI tokens. By voting, you acknowledge that governance decisions are binding on the protocol and may affect your token value. The protocol operates on a first-come, first-served basis for proposal execution.
5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Services are provided on an "AS IS" basis without warranties of any kind. Egiiga makes no representations or warranties regarding the reliability, availability, or accuracy of the blockchain network or smart contracts. Use at your own risk.
6. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Ethereum Virtual Machine and applicable blockchain consensus rules. Any disputes will be resolved through on-chain governance mechanisms or arbitration as outlined in the DAO constitution.
