End-User License Agreement

Agreement Overview

By installing, accessing, or using EGDS software (collectively "the Software"), you agree to be bound by this End-User License Agreement ("EULA"). This agreement establishes your rights and limitations regarding the Software.

If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the Software. Contact support@egds.com for questions about this agreement.

License Permissions

• You may install and use the Software on devices you own or control.
• You may access and use the Software for its intended commercial or personal purposes.
• You may make copies sufficient for backup and archival purposes.

Restricted Activities

• Modifying, reverse-engineering, or decompiling the Software.
• Removing copyright notices or other proprietary rights markings.
• Distributing the Software separately from authorized delivery channels.
• Using the Software for illegal, harmful, or commercial gain without license.

Ownership of Rights

All rights, title, and interest in the Software remain with EGDS or its licensors. This EULA grants you a limited, revocable license to use the Software, not ownership of it.

Unless explicitly granted in a separate written agreement, you may not create derivative works based on the Software.

License Termination

• Your license is terminated if you breach this EULA or our Terms of Service.
• EGDS may terminate your license for any reason with written notice.
• Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the Software and cease all use.
