1. Service Agreement
This agreement governs your access and use of Cerees services including the Cerees brainwave synchronization platform, related software, hardware, API interfaces, and associated content (collectively, the "Service(s)").
By accessing the Cerees website, using any of our products, or accessing our services, you agree to these Terms, which may be updated at any time with notice.
If you are an entity, "you" includes you and your entity. If you're using Cerees on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
2. Eligibility & Account
You must be at least 18 years old and legally competent to form binding contracts.
- You must provide accurate account information at signup
- No unauthorized access to accounts or systems
- Comply with any usage policies for the Cerees hardware and software
3. Prohibited Activities
- You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Cerees system
- Attempt to interfere with or interrupt operation through denial-of-service attacks or other means
- Sell, rent, loan, or share access to your Cerees account or license
- Attempt to bypass any access controls or security systems associated with the Cerees service
4. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
Cerees owns all rights in its systems, including but not limited to the Cerees neural synchronization platform, AI algorithms, and hardware design.
You may not remove, modify, or obscure any legal notices, including notices of copyright or trademark appearing on Cerees services or materials.
You retain ownership of your personal data, but grant Cerees a license to process such data as necessary to provide the service.
5. Limitations of Liability
In no event will Cerees or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits, data loss, or interruption of business) arising out of or in connection with the use of Cerees services.
Cerees does not warrant that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted. The Cerees systems are experimental in nature and may contain unpredictable results during use.
