These terms govern your use of ecp ExportTool. Please read them carefully before using our service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ecp ExportTool (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. License and Access

ecp grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

  • Modify or copy the Service's software, content, or design elements
  • Distribute, repurpose, or frame any part of the Service
  • Use automated systems to access the Service without authorization
  • Reverse engineer or decompile the Service's software

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not restrict or interfere with our ability to provide the Service to others. You are solely responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account
  • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Ensuring exported data does not contain personally identifiable information without consent
  • Not sharing your account credentials with third parties

4. Fees and Payment

All features require active subscription to your selected plan. Payment is due in full upon initiation of service. We reserve the right to:

  • Adjust pricing with 30 days' notice
  • Charge for overages beyond your plan's limits
  • Require additional verification for enterprise accounts

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account without notice for:

  • Breach of these Terms
  • Unpaid invoices
  • Activities that may expose ecp to legal risk
  • Failure to comply with security audit requirements
Terminated accounts will lose access to all stored configurations and exported data.

6. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. ecp DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising from these Terms will be brought in the federal or state courts located in Santa Clara County, California.
