Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using ECHoD services, you explicitly agree to these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue using our services immediately.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use these services.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
You represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Engage in any form of harassment or discrimination
Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful content
Violate privacy of any user or attempt to access private data
Interfere with or disrupt any network connected to our services
Use the service for illegal purposes in your jurisdiction

Content Ownership

All content shared on the ECHoD network is attributed to its original creator. Users retain all intellectual property rights to their content. ECHoD does not claim ownership of any user-generated material.

Termination

ECHoD reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at any time, without notice, for any violation of these terms. All content associated with a terminated account will be permanently deleted from our nodes.

These terms are updated periodically. Continued use of the service signifies acceptance of the current version. Last updated: September 2025.
