You represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and any organization for which you use our services.

You agree to keep your account credentials secure and notify us immediately if there is any unauthorized use.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

The fees and payment terms are described in our pricing page. By providing payment information, you authorize EasyMA to charge your account accordingly.

Subscriptions will auto-renew unless canceled in writing at least 7 days before the renewal date.

You agree not to use EasyMA services for any unlawful purposes, including but not limited to:

• Violating copyright laws
• Distributing malicious software
• Spamming or phishing activities
• Impersonating others

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

We can also terminate these Terms at any time without notice for legal reasons.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California for any disputes.
