Why am I receiving a "401 Unauthorized" error?

This error occurs when the request is made without valid authentication. Ensure you're using a valid OAuth 2.0 access token. If you’re not sure where to retrieve or generate it, visit the Getting Started page.

How do I monitor SMS traffic for a specific phone number?

You can configure SMSpy to monitor SMS traffic for a specific number using the Monitoring API. Refer to the Monitoring API documentation for setup instructions.

I can't find the SMS logs. Where can I access them?

SMS logs are accessible through the SMSpy dashboard. If you're using the API, retrieve SMS logs via the /monitor/data endpoint. For more information, see the API Reference.
