How do I create an account?
Visit our website and click the 'Sign Up' button. You'll need to provide your email address and set a password. Confirmation will be sent to your email.

How secure is my data?
All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard TLS 1.3. Access is protected by two-factor authentication and role-based controls.

API & Integration
How do I authenticate to the API?
Use an API key in the Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_KEY header for all requests.
What rate limits are applied?
Free-tier users get 100 requests/minute, standard tier 1000 requests/minute. Enterprise plans have custom limits. All limits can be viewed in the API docs.
Billing & Subscriptions
Are there any setup fees?
No setup fees apply for any of our subscription models. Billing occurs monthly or annually depending on your plan selection.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, all subscriptions can be canceled from the billing section of your account. No charges will apply after cancellation.
