End User License Agreement

Legal agreement governing your use of the DevPortal SDK, API tools, and integration software.

1. License Grant

  1. DevPortal grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software tools provided.
  2. License is limited to internal use for development, testing, and production of applications that integrate with the Discord-Twitter platform.
  3. Commercial use requires explicit written approval through the Developer Portal.
  4. License termination occurs automatically upon policy violation or suspension by DevPortal.

2. License Restrictions

  • You shall not decompile, reverse engineer, or modify the software in any way.
  • Commercial reselling or redistribution of DevPortal SDK tools is strictly prohibited.
  • You may not use the software for activities that could harm the integrity of Discord or Twitter platforms.
  • Creating derivative works from closed-source SDK components requires separate licensing agreements.
  • Use of the software must comply with Twitter Developer and Discord Bot usage policies.

3. Intellectual Property

All software, documentation, and tools provided by DevPortal remain the sole property of the company and are protected under international copyright and trademark laws. This agreement does not grant you any rights to the DevPortal brand, trademarks, or proprietary technologies.

4. Termination Rights

DevPortal may terminate your license immediately with written notice if you:

  • Violate any terms of this agreement
  • Experience multiple API usage policy violations
  • Are found to be distributing malicious software through the platform
  • Fail to comply with Twitter/X or Discord platform rules
