1. Acceptable Use

• Use of the WebAssembly AI Toolkit must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• Prohibited activities include any form of harassment, hate speech, or malicious behavior
• AI models must not be used to generate harmful, illegal, or deceptive content

2. License Agreement

• Users receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Toolkit
• You must not reverse engineer, modify, or distribute any part of the WebAssembly runtime
• AI models must retain their original licensing terms and attribution requirements

3. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your access for any violation of these terms
• You can permanently delete your account and data at any time through the dashboard
• All generated data will be purged within 30 days after termination

4. Disclaimer

While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that AI-generated content will be error-free or appropriate for all contexts. Users are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI output before deployment.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to: indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
