By using Dimos's services, you agree not to use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. You agree not to use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any Dioms server or network, or interfere with other users' use of the Service.

All content and materials available on the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, video files, and their selection and arrangement, are the proprietary property of Dimos and are protected by international copyright laws and trademark laws. You may not modify, publish, transmit, or create derivative works of any content on the Service.

Dimos reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating this page. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using the Service.

These Terms and your use of the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Finland.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved by arbitration in Finland in accordance with the arbitration rules of the Finnish Arbitration Association. The number of arbitrators shall be one. The language of the arbitration shall be English.
