Dataset 1 is available under the MIT License. You may freely use, modify, and distribute the dataset for commercial and non-commercial purposes, provided proper attribution is included in all documentation.
You may not:
- Remove or alter any copyright or license notices
- Use Dataset 1 in AI training without explicit permission
- Repackage Dataset 1 as part of a competing product
The dataset remains the property of the Dataset1 Project. None of the terms may be amended or waived without our written consent.
2. Acceptable Use Policy
By using Dataset 1, you agree not to:
- Distribute or resell the dataset in its raw form
- Use the dataset in applications that violate any local, state, or federal laws
- Alter the dataset in a way that misrepresents its contents
- Use the dataset for training AI systems used in weapons development, surveillance, or social scoring systems
3. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the Dataset1 Project, its contributors, or affiliates be liable for any damages (including, but not limited to, direct, incidental, or consequential damages) arising from the use of Dataset 1.
4. Data Usage

5. Termination
Access to Dataset 1 may be terminated if any of these terms are violated. You retain no rights to data or content after termination.
