Grilled Corn Recipe
A simple and delicious way to enjoy corn on the grill.
Ingredients:
- 4 ears of corn, husked and silked
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder (optional)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- Fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush corn with olive oil and season with salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and chili powder (if using).
- Grill corn for 10-15 minutes, turning every 2-3 minutes, until slightly charred.
- Remove from grill and brush with butter.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese (if using).
- Garnish with fresh cilantro or parsley (if using).
- Serve hot.
