By accessing or using Mathverse Community ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Site.

2. Account Registration

You must register for an account to participate in the community. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

You must be at least 13 years old to register. If you are under 18, you must have your parent's/guardian's consent to use the Site.

3. Prohibited Activities

• Uploading or sharing any content that is illegal, harmful, or objectionable.
• Harassing or bullying other users, including hate speech or discriminatory content.
• Impersonating another user or entity.
• Interfering with the Site's servers, networks, or any services connected to the Site.
• Using automated systems or unauthorized access to the Site.

4. User Content

By posting, uploading, or sharing content on the Site, you grant Mathverse a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, and sublicensable license to use, copy, adapt, and distribute such content for the purposes of the Site.

You retain ownership of your content, but you represent that you have all necessary rights to provide it and that it does not violate these Terms.

5. Termination

Mathverse may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and without notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in activities deemed harmful or disruptive to the Site.

Upon termination, all rights granted by these Terms will immediately cease, and you must destroy or return all copies of Mathverse's intellectual property used in conjunction with the Site.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to any principles of conflicts of law. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of California.
