These terms govern your use of our services. By engaging with CGU, you agree to comply with these terms and our current privacy policy.

License to Use Our Services

Your license is personal to you, and you may not assign or transfer it without our express written consent.

• Prohibited uses include unauthorized commercial reproduction of our work.
• You must not interfere with other users' projects or our systems.
• Any automated interaction with our services without permission is prohibited.

Payment Terms

All invoices are due within 30 days unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late fees may apply after 30 days at 1.5% per month.

Payment must be made in full before project deliverables can be released.

Service Limitations

We make no warranties, implied or express, regarding our ability to produce specific creative outcomes as requested.

Our services are not available for:

• Any illegal or harmful projects
• Projects that may result in third-party intellectual property disputes
• Commercials with violent or adult content

Termination

We may suspend or terminate service to any user that breaches these Terms or poses legal risks to CGU.

Terminated users may still be required to pay for services already rendered.
