Terms of Service - BCLambda

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BCLambda's services (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable to create an account or use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Services ("User Content"), but by submitting content, you grant BCLambda a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the content.

We may terminate or suspend your account for any reason at our sole discretion, including violations of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BCLambda shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in Delaware, in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association.

10. Amendments

We may modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
